Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens which entitles you to make a claim under the guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is within the guarantee, we will take care of it free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@biogoodz․com. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
